Meet the Trainer

Subash has 25 years of experience in the corporate and business world, leading and mentoring. He has worked in different parts of India, and the Middle East, in business leadership roles. As a leader, business owner, and mentor coach, he has consistently created coach-centric workplaces

MBA (1990), completed a leadership program at INSEAD (ILPSE 2012-2013). He is a Master Certified Coach (ICF) and a certified mentor coach (MCCP)

He works with corporate leaders, self-employed professionals, entrepreneurs & others, One-to-One & teams. His clientele includes leading organizations and/or employees of Accenture, TCS, Times Group, Tata Motors, Himalaya Wellness, St. Gobain, Interphase, Armstrong, National Commercial Bank, Al Rajhi Bank, etc. He is a Facilitator, UNCTAD-Empretec.

The Program

We are offering an ICF accredited program that delivers coach training. Our virtual ICF Coach training ensures alignment with ICF's definition of coaching, Core Competencies, and the Code of Ethics. By opting for ICF-approved coach training, you can be confident of high-quality training.

With us, you can be assured help till the point of time you gain your ICF accreditation and beyond. To gain a certificate, the applicant needs to have:

• ICF Recommended 60 Hours of Training on core values (80% in Online Classroom & 20% Self Learning)

• Additional 10 Hours of Mentoring (7 hours of group mentoring and 3 hours of individual mentoring)

• Additional 100 Hour of Coach Practice (Building Confidence)

• Assignments, Recording, and Transcripts

• Milestone basis training with certification.

After successfully completing the above-mentioned program, you would be eligible to apply for an ICF certification and you can apply for the certification directly to ICF.

Our Key Differentiators

The course duration is a total of 16 weeks of online training (3 hours every week, optional for weekdays and weekends or 6 Hours per week on alternate week).

We recommend the minimum qualification is UG plus 10 Years of experience (No Minimum qualification criteria from ICF).

We help you complete 100 hours of coaching.

We help you obtain 10 hours of mentoring.

We offer you an environment as a coaching community for self-learning and learning with other's experiences.

We offer a 1-hour webinar for the Alumni as on the 1st Monday of every month.

The program is facilitated by Subash CV, MCC, and India's best coach.

All of your requirements for becoming an ACC will be completed in our program.
